All orders will be processed and shipped within 3-5 business days.

For custom unit orders  please allow up to 3 business days for the unit to be customized, and an additional 2-3 business days for processing and shipping.

 

For Full Lace Unit orders please allow 3 to 5 business days for your unit to be created and additional 1to 2 days for shipping.

BOOKING POLICY

Late fee applied after 15minutes of $15

No call, No Show = blocked

Reschedule all appointments up to 48 hours in advance. Anything less with result in deposit forfeit

Deposit is valid for 1 reschedule. More than 1 will require a new deposit 

There will be detangle fee added if hair takes more than 15mins to detangle. Fee will be based on time
